Just got passed some details on this subject, from an Office team Blog post.
SP1 for 2013 Office / SharePoint / Exchange
States that SP1 for Office / Exchange & SharePoint 2013 will be available early next year, no exact dates yet, but reading between the lines I would guess it will be mid Q1.
And to schedule Microsoft have just announced it’s availability.
